let's take one simple case we want to rule; referencing, tbh if i were a chief editor of a journal e o publication, i wouldn't mind con any kind of references, as long as it's consistent; si si si, like we know we need to throw away garbage into its bin, we don't like seeing people throwing it onto e into the street etc, not inside the bin, e we throw away nos garbage to the bin; like we know building roads en the middle of forest meaning also to plant more trees at least surroundings, e make sure the sustainability of other ecosystems, we don't like illegal logging, e we don't do it; like we know some bosses rounding up prices etc for the national budgets etc, we don't like seeing it, so we either prevent it to happen, report it, e o we don't do it,
to prevent the gaps, we need to know the capacity of the poor villains e o perpetrators en paying the fine etc, for example; si si si, talking about the poor chicken thief de novo; rule of law should be enacted with participatory ways possible thus; e si si si, it doesn't need an fgd; have a te e talk con them, despois you'll know their true conditions; not the happy happy representation [they said happy when they were not];
when bringing it to larger scale, it's your jobs to represent those, representatives; including those who work at the embassies; e identifying mistakes es as easy as we couldn't breathe when we are doing it; like any book of law will say, 'interpret' me; we can't take it word by word right?! thus Einstein once said memorisation es not education, nonetheless it's useful of course;
you are lucky enough if you don't have rule of law yet tbh, cause si si si, you can develop it from scratch by involving related sides as participatory as possible; without corruption of course;
but if you are drown by old constitutions such as Spanish etc; si si si, recall what Finding Nemo said, 'keep swimming keep swimming keep swimming', that if you can swim, lucky i can't
whoopsidaisies, i am giving one more weapon for #Putin et al to kill me, nonetheless it means si si si, a very significant reason for profcb to protect me a lot more, right right right grandpaaaaaaaa ઇଓ
